Had to say goodbye to our lovely Fox Terrier today .

Very sad, we lost ours 3 years ago.

It`s as bad as I thought it would be plus a bit more . What did you have ?

We picked up Flint`s ashes today . They are in a wooden box with his name on and brass paw prints and the Crem owners took a paint paw print for us which they put in a card ( no extra charge ). They are an excellent place privately owned by a husband and wife and have people coming from miles away to use their services . Fortunately for us they are only 10 minutes drive away .

My condolences. As others have said, it was a necessity out of your love for him. I can only imagine how hard it was, but you did the right thing. I have a pet cat and that little buggers my best friend.

We had a Cavalier King Charles called Macy, she was 13 which is old for a Cavalier. First time in over 30 years we don't have a dog and I don't think we will get another, it's too heartbraking losing them.

Cavalier King Charles called Macy,

She looks lovely . I don`t think we will be having another dog either for the same reason as yourself plus we are getting older and there are things that we would like to do before we get too old that we haven`t been able to do .

She was a brilliant dog and any other would always get compared.
Plus my daughter has 5 dogs (although 4 are Chihuahuas so they don't count and a sprocker) and my grandson has a working cocker so we babysit and walk theirs when the need arises.
