Any e89 is going to be easy to spot. I've been looking for months I still haven't seen a single one on Anglesey. There well under 7,000 e89s in the DVLA database.


Debbie is in the Palm Springs / Palm Desert area this week. Surprisingly she hasn't spotted a single e89. There are zillions of roadsters out there fighting for space alongside hordes of white Lexus SUVs.

Andrew is that where you're from? I know Indian Wells and Palm Desert really well....
 
Debbie's mother has a house in La Quinta.

I grew up in the Los Angels area and went to university in San Diego. I (we after I met Debbie) used to take the back roads out to the desert

It can be a fun drive if you don't get stuck behind a motorhome. -- Take Highway 74 up out of Palm Desert. Turn on highway 371. I Turn right on Highway 79 to connect to Interstate 15.

If you miss the turn to Highway 371 you end up in Idlywild. Also a good drive.

I spent a fair amount of time in San Diego's back country. . .
