gym freaks?

Yeh the gym can get boring and repetitive, but being military it does help to keep fit. Trouble is, trying to juggle your life between work, house hold chores, cleaning the car and the gym is a job and half and not easy. But don't think that my life evolves directly around the gym as I like my beer and enjoy my cigars, in moderation of course. I have seen too many friends get killed and maimed in recent Operations like Iraq and Afghanistan that life can be over in a blink, thats why I enjoy some "Anti Social" tipples and hence why I decided to treat myself with the Z4MC.

I used to go to the gym a lot, I started when I stopped playing rugby and doing enduro's. I got really bored with it and packed it in. I try to eat well, and lay off the booze. Last year I got a dog and he gets 2 really good walks a day ( a mixture of fast walking and jogging) , must be the fittest dog in the village :D , I enjoy my exercise, twice a day and really long walks at weekends. I am only half a stone heavier that when I was a full on 4 x a week gym monkey, and I can get clothes to fit unlike when I was training. I have a 50" chest anyway so any extra bulk makes me look like the sugar puffs honey monster lol.......Don't miss the gym one bit.
