I wondered that too - not sure if it'll help but Wikipaedia says

Genderqueer (GQ), also termed non-binary or gender-expansive, is a catch-all category for gender identities that are not exclusively masculine or feminine‍—‌identities which are thus outside of the gender binary and cisnormativity.

Genderqueer people may identify as one or more of the following:
- having an overlap of, or indefinite lines between, gender identity;
- having two or more genders (being bigender, trigender, or pangender);
- having no gender (being agender, nongendered, genderless, genderfree or neutrois);
- moving between genders or having a fluctuating gender identity (genderfluid); or

You're talking emotionally right? Sure I get that.

But physically... sure there are a few "shades of grey" so to speak, but I don't think there's the variety that's suggested in that list. I mean, you've either got an inny or an outy or neither, right ?

Or am I just a sheltered lil' country boy who needs to get out more...?

I mean mentally, the way your brain is wired. Think of your mind and body as two separate entities, excepting the exceptionally rare hermaphrodite, it is either male or female and thus Gender really only refers to your body and not your mind which can be any shade of grey between black and white.
