I did the same sleeper train trip as Guy did a couple of years ago, once you have been on that you will never critisise British Rail again.
 
Thanks for the heads up. Just watched this over on 4oD. Looks set to be a great series and Guy is very engaging as a presenter. His trip to the tea plantation had me craving a cuppa!
 
I missed this, he was on the radio today, he was saying he was back in work Monday morning, fame as definitely not gone to his head :thumbsup:
 
Just watched Guy & co in closer to the edge. What an insight into the minds of road racers. Laid up with fractured vertebrae, pins, battle scars and still contemplating where they can pick up vital seconds next time, pure adrenalin junkies.

Wife has a couple of days off in march and she asked me "where shall we go". We'll after that it's the zed on the Douglas ferry for 4 days of non speed restrictions....... Note to self - check breakdown cover.

I can seriously recommend the DVD"Road" about the Dunlop family too. Really interesting and sad film.
