Gumball 3000 how there isn't a crash here.....

Pretty dangerous on busy motorway, but guess that's the whole Gumball thing.

Surprised the pace the Mini could set.

Seen this guys YouTube clips before, a complete cock - awful driving posture and zero kudos for hurtling down a motorway swapping lanes thinking he is actually racing and beating other cars Zzzzz

I can imagine I've seen quite a few of the other gumballs and similar things, I'd love to do one of these rally things even enquired about the banger rally where you have to have a shitty old car but never had the cash or time :)

I really fancy a decent road trip...

Some if the driving on the others was awful too. I guess (and I'm not supporting the s**t driving) you don't see all of it and all the drivers on these so some may not be idiots.

Too easy to end in tears for some innocent road user with that undertaking... Is just asking for trouble.

the graphics on modern consoles is very realistic!

...right down to the point where he loses it and dies! What a c0ck!

Nothing to do with skill (surviving unscathed), it's luck. Eventually two of them are going to go for the same gap at the same time driving in this fashion.

Assuming that the video was shot in a country where overtaking on either side is permitted, I can't say that I saw anything that especially worried me here, with two exceptions - (1) he should have moved out of the way of the Ferrari, who was obviously being held up, and (2) overtaking on the hard shoulder, which is a total no-no for me.

Other than that, the M5 driver showed good observation, use of mirrors and anticipation, and most of the other cars he was in convoy with were people that he obviously knew and who were driving in a similar manner.

If anything surprised me, it was how bouncy the ride seemed to be. My M5 (V8, not V10) is much more solidly sprung.
