Guess the car

Looks like a bigger Chevy Corvette 60's or 70's concept by someone like Bertone judging by the low stance and glass rear? tend to say 60's as it's curvy?

About this time everybody was trying rear engines, looking at this it'd be hard to shoe-horn a V8 under the front 'hood', but some concepts don't even get an engine! But I'm stumped on a name for it, :scratchhead:

There is another low volume car manufacturer that builds something based on the M3, but I'm damned if I can remember its name. Tried to find a pic of that but too vague a search for google. It was on Top Gear a few years ago if I remember. IIRC, it cost about £130K even then!
