Was a bit bored today so on a lil' round trip I did I thought I'd strap the camera in and see how it came out.....

Sounds awsome! Hate that tunnel made me sign for my zed as it was part of the test drive route! I'm sure there is a 50mph speed limit....ahem

Haha, nope NSL. Probably depends on the time of day but it is variable I imagine, don't use it that often to be fair!
 
Got to love that bag of spanners noise though, still makes me think there's something wrong with the car when I hear it bouncing off walls and the central reservation :oops:

Epic noise from the intake though :thumbsup:

Unfortunately the tunnel has average speed cameras, I live down the road. Still fun to give the engine a Rev when going through!

Should probably introduce myself as a newbie, Mike, and I'm three months into owning my Z4MR, loving the car so far. I commute to work by train so it only gets used on weekends. Makes me look forward to the weekend even more knowing I get to have a blast in the car!
 
Exactly how mine sounds, the epic noise in tunnels (and the tick tick tick tick on pull off!!!!) - superb!
 
Any of you folk with the GruppeM had a chance to hear the Eventuri in comparison? I want to pull the trigger soon on an intake and want the best noise in terms of growl and a monumental sense of occassion, couldn't give a toot about performance!

I live down the road as well. I think you will find it is a permanent 60mph maximum speed limit but they sometimes use variable lower speed signs if there are workers in the tunnel or some other limitation.
