What sort of price should I expect to pay to fix the bumper and a couple of door dings?
 
A corner repair and paint no more than £150, a couple of minor door dents £50. Having said that prices do vary so the paint you may get cheaper and dents might be more just depends on who you use.

I have a web cam with bump activation, but the knock wasn't hard enough to set it off. More of a scrape than a bump...
