I'm very intrigued as to how having your name on a waiting list affects the busy-ness of your life ... ? I wouldn't have thought being on a list was very demanding ...

unless it was a Hit-List!

If you actually read the posts you will be enlightened and then possibly a little chastened .................................

Nope I've had another go and I'm still not clear ... the first posts are all about the OP not wanting to wait (or indeed join at all if I understand the first post correctly) ... and then we hear the sad tale of his mate, who doesn't have time to wait ... so is it the OP, his mate or both who want to join or indeed not join?

As I would have thought if it is his mate, then the thing to do is contact them and explain the situation. In fact a member on here has already offered to help if I understand correctly, so something could surely be done?

Tertius - most people on this website are welcoming, knowledgable and supportive. However some are just wa*kers. I sincerely hope you are never in the position my friend and myself are in as your insensitivity is astonishing. :thumbsdown:
