Another question - please help.
I changed the transmission fluid on my 5-speed automatic - twice - no flushing, but 7 liters twice with ZF5 Lifeguard to get as much of the old oil out as possible. Did it a week ago and has driven approx 200 km since the change.
However, my transmission "growls" a little. Not consistently, but some days with slight growl and a light vibration which can be felt in the entire car. And it feels "lazy". Other days it runs smoothly, silent and no lazyness.
Any ideas what it could be? Will it dissapear eventually or is a sign of a problem that will get worse? Did not notice this problem before the change but back then the car was new to me, and I may not have noticed as I was occupied with other improvements and servicetasks....
Car has done 190k km and problably the first transmission fluid change ever done.
