Did you get these from BMW themselves ? Where did you order them from ? Never seen actual OEM ones.

I got my wheel caps from a different place than the rest of my badges on eBay, £25. Just like the carbon ones above - only problem I found was they wer a little loose, so I used a few dabs of silicone to keep them in place.
 
No, got them from same place as this post. Bit strange.
One of the part numbers from the packaging I kept to put the old badges back in is
51 14 7 044 207
Which when I google comes up as the normal blue and white bonnet badge. Was sealed with a BMW Group sticker with the part number and a matching barcode saying 1 stueck/piece so assumed it was from BMW but maybe not? Very good quality though and exact match to the old as were all of them. you won't be disappointed.
 
Yeah, mine from Ian Clifton have the BMW stamp and part number on too. I think sometimes the seller either removes the normal badge and re-uses the backing plastic, or perhaps they are moulded from an original ? In any case, if they are good quality and have all the fittings they are worth spending a little extra on for sure.
