Hi there,

My name is Mark, 32 years old and living in The Netherlands. I have always been a great fan of tinkering and DIY; I ride motorcycles since I was 18 years and have always done all maintenance myself. Since about a year I am the proud owner of a BMW Z4 E85 3.0 in the color Maledivenblau, including a hardtop in the same color. So far, I have also done all maintenance and repair myself: replaced all cooling system components, fixed and relocated the roof motor, installed X-Car Style roof module, installed BMW E46 M3 seats + whole bunch of other stuff :)

I will post some info + pictures of the work I did on fitting the E46 M3 seats.

Below are some photos of my Z4 :)

Best regards, Mark

Welkom.
Looks tip top. Did you buy it from someone in Vleuten? I used to see one exactly like it driving around there.

Thanks Chris! Yes, that might have been this one :D
I bought in September 2021 from someone in IJsselstein, which is pretty close to Vleuten. I have been in Vleuten once this summer as well.

The car is in a good condition. Only some small paint damage at the lower side of the front bumper. I doesn't bother me though.

For me this was (and still is) the perfect combination: 3.0 liter M54 engine, manual transmission, no satnav (which is outdated these days anyways) and hardtop. I also really like the color; it's something different than what you see normally :)

Nice original colour. I do like that colour with the clear dots in the rear lights though. I think the chrome exhaust tips seem to be missing if I can see that closely enough.

Drove through IJsselstein last week coincidentally :D

Greetings from another Dutchman though (although excited in the UK)

Nice z,the Maldives blue suits these, and the wheels are a nice choice,as they are seen on these less than the 108s or Epsiloids

Thanks all! Yeah, I think these rims look nice on them as well. I have a set of 158 style rims for the winter. Not the best combination, but better to have dedicated winter tires as the car is a daily driver for me.
