Hello All,

It's been 1 month now since I picked up my new toy which in the best traditions of Sebastian Vettel I've decided to call the Black Mamba. This is purely because it's always and I mean always, trying to bite me. :evil:



The power on tap has definitely been an eye opener for me and the arse of the car has been hanging out a lot lately. This could be explained by the 2mm tread that the rear tyres are running (or skating) on at the moment. This would also explain why I haven't had the traction control off yet. :D

My first impressions:

1. F**K this baby is fast
2. The engine note is pure unadulterated ear sex
3. I now know what a Kangaroo hop is.....
4. My left arm and left leg are already twice the size of their right equivalents
5. Still can't get quite get in and out of the car without looking like my arse cheeks are stuck together...
6. Anyone else going from 1st to third gear in traffic ? :wink:
7. Sport Button = should be set as standard :evil:
8. Will be visiting the dentist soon to get my fillings put back in.

Now to get modding. Not sure where to start.... Tips?

Modding? You can remove or modify the CDV to make swapping gears easier to begin with!

Thanks. But how do I know if it hasn't been taken off already? Is there anyway of checking?

suggested mods:

Carbon airbox = your neighbour will hate you
Akrapovic exhaust = your neighbour will shout at you
CSL alloys = your neighbour might nick it

which part of london are you in? should meet up and go find some driving heaven outside the M25 one day.

I know some very nice A/B roads round the Aldershot/Farnham/Basingstoke triangle. Would be a blast! :evil:
