Hi all!

Just signed up. I have had my Z4 about 3 weeks now. Its a 2004 3.0 manual roadster. Maybe not the best time to buy a convertible going into the Irish winter time! :rofl:

Just sold my Caterham and really fancied a car that is a bit of fun but with some mod cons too, I LOVE HEATED SEATS!

Be prepared for my stupid questions in the "How to" and "problem" pages!

My car is a gun metal colour, 17" type 103 alloys, cream leather interior, brushed ally dash, heated seats. I got it for a good price to the crazy recsssion here and a hatred of anything bigger than 2litres due to our very high road tax.
 
hello and welcome

don't use the heated seats on full power all the time, i'm sure i have read about the foam getting to hot and it causing problems, i only use mine to take the chill off, then i turn them off, but then i do have the more desirable coupe :)

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! Yes the ideal plan would be to get a Z4 Coupe next year when they drop in price a bit more.

Sean, I'm near Glendalough in Co Wicklow, some nice top down driving roads in these parts :driving:
 
Welcome along. I was over in Kilfinane a few weeks ago - sadly in my campervan rather than Z4 - and thought some of the roads in the area looked pretty decent. Bloody narrow in places though!
