Hi all from a sunny Suffolk. Figured it was about time I said a hello. I bought my Z4 about 8 months ago and have been lurking here ever since. I have a 2003 2.5 Roadster.

So far I have retro-fitted the cruise control and cup holders.
I have added an auxilary cable and I have given it a good clean many times.
It already had the stubby when I bought it so I didn't need to do that.
Next things I would like to tackle are emptying the roof drains, remove the clutch delay valve, paint the calipers and get the alloys a good refurb. I would also like to try and polish the headlights up a bit as they are currently a looking a little jaded. I would also like to do the MFSW retrofit.

I have included a couple of pictures I have taken of it recently.

Good looking 2.5 with some nice wheels..... .. the more i see them the more i like 107´s on prefacelifts...

Looks great Razza. I do like those wheels on a sterling grey  Where about's in Suffolk are you from?

Hi Razza, I am a newbie too and just joined the forum this week, live on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Might see you about especially if you drive on the A140 :)

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.
I based near Ipswich but I travel outside of the country quite a bit (although I leave the Zed sitting at home) or the occasional trip to london (usually just on the train though).
Sounds like quite a few people are based around the suffolk area. Any recommendations for good BMW independant garages in the area?

Cool. I'm often back around the Stowmarket/Combs area so will give you a wave if I see you

BMW indy garage wise, I've been using FastTest in Claydon Industrial Estate recently and they've been great. They did an oil service and have all the diagnostic kit for resets etc.

Could also try Hemingstone off the Nacton Road.

Not used them but heard good things through people that have.

Other than that, Coopers Ipswich have always been great as a main dealer for me (and 20% cheaper than London!), but steer clear of Carrs in Bury. Pretty pony by all accounts.

Hope that helps.

hi and welcome..

The more i see the 107's the more i like them (although imo the 108's are still better :poke: )
