Green moss on roof

Should come off OK with an old toothbrush and you can pick up some roof cleaner from BMW, or use some other off-the-shelf stuff from Halfords etc.
Someone previously posted pics where the rubber seals around this location had become badly perished too, so it might be worth putting something on them too, and giving them a good clean if they are mossy?

Well if the roof stays wet all the time then it will appear fairly quickly and it's going to be stubborn. The seals Mike refers to are not really seals, more protectors. You'll see water just gets in between them and the canvas and drains through.
If you part lower the roof you'll feel how the canvas hooks back up and forms a trough. I'd try to dry it all out and if the underneath of the 'seals' is slimy get that cleaned up too.
It's going to be there and recurring until the roof gets cleaned up and dried so if it lives outside will need keeping on top of

Anyway, back to the green roof issue. I have had this a few times and I find that whatever cleaner you use for the roof treatment, combined with a soft toothbrush, then rinsed, then repeated a few times, works well.
Sometimes if it is too far in if you raise the rood slightly you can get your brush in further. It might also be worth checking the roof is draining properly (tip a jug of water over it and watch it doesnt stick around too long). If it is not drainign properly then either fix it or get it fixed soon, as it will damage the roof motor.
