I am doing the Great North Run Next Sunday for the first time for Help For Heroes.

Donation made. I ran the Great North Run for ten consecutive years and absolutely loved doing it. The atmosphere is fantastic. There are folk cheering you on, almost along the whole of the route. I ran my last ten years ago when I reached 65. Enjoy your day. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
