Jealous - garden is no way big enough to justify the expense

Ours was 170 foot to begin with, its only about 110 now but still enough to keep me busy for an hour and a half..

Is that because you keep running off the end and clipping off the end of the lawn ? Bloody coupe owners, too brave.... :poke:

Haha nah blame my parents and their extension plans for that one! Although I must admit, its much easier now theres less grass

The lawnmower has a 2.6 litre diesel engine and power steering, no problems here :D

Only downside is that it takes 10 hours to cut it

This is turning into a 'how big is yours thread' :D

i have an problem wiith wanting my lawn to be perfectly green and weed free, drives me :crazydude:

pvr, that's a field mate - a great field of course, but I am not sure 'garden' is applicable... Unless you have a wall round the outside of that forest, then I stand corrected and want to come and camp :D

I loooooooooooove that lawn mower

I try, and only ever get one lawn at a time working properly. This year it was to be the front lawn's turn, but perhaps not with the hose pipe ban. Othe plus side - drought = dead grass = no cutting ! :yeah:

And the Joneses can't have a go as there's will be just the same....

Luckily it doesn't bother me mowing the lawn. As that is my business and we mow between twenty and thirty gardens per day.
Now mowing one should make you feel a little better

I was a landscape gardener many years ago... I think that has put me off a little. Though mostly I am a lazy bugger at weekends :P

PVR - that thing needs a canopy and an esky, otherwise that's mowing with style!

I've recently moved from a 1 acre yard/block to a normal smaller yard... 4 hours down to 1 so cant complain...
