Depends how much you gospel you can take from AUTOCAR... They hammer most Ms absolutely hammered the E92 M3 1M etc Until other magazines praised them then they were on the back foot. Although they praised the m135.

Unbelievably Clarkson has recently said the E92 M3 DCT is one of the most rounded cars you can buy! They all BS if you ask me!
 
I love my M roadster & I was pleased when I read that quote when I bought autocar mag last week, but the bottom line is the M coupe will always be a sharper drive I would imagine, as it is stiffer & more rigid than the rag top, bet you can hardly hear the engine in it though! :poke:
 
Back to topic - Car looks very nice, can't beat blue with champagne interior :thumbsup:
 
I doubt you will see another interlagos champagne during your course of ownership. I certainly haven't!

Congrats on your purchase, the blue really is so much more special than the greys and blacks :D

In answer to why a roadster rather than a coupe. We have gone from two cars to one and the roadster seems to combine both of the previous pair. One of the previous cars was an Elise so after thinking about it I decided I still wanted the 'wind in my hair feeling' plus I wanted to hear that sound track and roof off seemed the best way 8)

What is happening at Silverstone? I am at a track day there with my friend in his MP4 12C at the end of the year.

Do we have a definitive list on the forum about who has which Z4MR ... I.e how many Interlagos- cream we have on here , how many Sepangs ? I guess the most common must be Interlagos-black with The unicorn being the rarest.

I know we have a list of what was produced but it's I testing to know what we've got .
 
I am sure you will be able to pick up another one like this for £10k according to some :rofl:
 
I think it proves that great low mileage well specced cars will always sell well. That wasnt a particularly cheap car, (lots of value) and it sold inside a week. (it was listed on monday, i was planning on looking at it at weekend and it didnt even last that long)

the initial thread is therefore proven wrong :)
