Well that went ok!

I'm Glad I got hold of a new bumper as I'm sure mine would of got ruined during the operation as I was flying solo!

Not ever doing it again....I've put it on and off the car 6 times making sure the cuts are correct!

Unfortunately I didn't get the 16 'C' clamps with it so I've ordered some from Bmminiparts (29p each) The tape seems to be holding it on for the moment.

I didn't get them or know about them but I did use very well placed short self tapping screws instead. As I didn't trust the tape!

I noticed them on the retrofit instructions so thought I'd get them, but may add a few small self tappers until they arrive so it stays in place....

On the zpost forum there was once a grop buy of CF dash trim from a guy/company who also made the oem-like cf diffuser - anyone from here bought it?

P.S. the diffuser looks gorgeous, now you need a cf front splitter ;-)

Better be worth it

Mine isn't costing much! Maybe £120 all in, this includes aero skirt spraying. I'm collecting a skirt set from gingertosser tomorrow for a mate who owes me a big favour and he is painted both skirts and the aero diffuser for me

I've just got to fit the aero diffuser myself!

Rieger diffuser £300
Black spray paint and primer £25
Facelift bumper £40
Respray diffuser and bumper like new and fit £550
so it better look the nuts

That's a ridiculous price.

I am sure it will look great pal, but look elsewhere for spray jobs mate.

My car was done with one of the best in the business and I've had panels sprayed for less too, including a few folks getting them done for less too.
Again by people who are great at what they do.
