Great set of photo's of another beauty

How comes the roof not down as it doesn't look as though it was raining

I knew someone would comment on that. I had the roof down plenty that day even on my first drive away from the dealers. Roof has been down at every opportunity.

I tried to put the it down on my way home from work yesterday when stopped at some traffic lights but couldn't because the tray in the boot wasn't down - must remember to keep the tray down to allow spontaneous roof removal...

mmm, is it just me that isn't a fan of the black bit on the back bottom of the m-sport kit? Looks to me like someone hasn't paid for body colored bumpers? :|

Do you mean the graphite bit on the back bumper? If so I like it. The standard bumper and the bumper on the 35is look a little bland all in one colour IMO.

at least it is painted and not cheap plastic like they have on E92's.

Just looks like plastic to me (from a distance)... Honestly when I first saw it I thought someone had just not paid the premium to have colour coded bumpers, like on my old Nissan Micra :?

Just been on the configurator and I have to say if I was speccing an e89 I would be looking at black or possibly DSB just so the black bit on the back is less obvious...

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread, the car does look great, I especially love the 45 degree from the front angle on these cars :)

Carbon fibre wrap may be a good option if the front bottom rail on the bumper was done to match :)

Eeekkkkk nooooooo. you want a proper carbon diffuser not sticky backed plastic, I had the BMWP diffuser on the 1er and it looked the nuts, I'm hoping BMW will bring one out for Zed :) but I doubt it though :x

Tim.

I had the BMW carbon diffuser on my coupe an it did look good. BMW don't do one for the e89 but 3D do and that looks awesome but think its silly money :headbang:
