Got me some 326m wheels

:D

The wheels and lack of heated seats were the two boxes I didn't tick with my low mileage car.

I thought I'd learn to love the wheels (17inch turbines with great tyres) - but I didn't and had to scratch the wheel itch.

They're currently white. I want OEM silver. My car is deep sea blue/tan interior. I might use them white for a little while. Not a look I'd keep forever.

I still think they're the best looking wheels on an E89. Be interesting how the white looks against the blue? Although I'll probably agree with you to go to OEM silver.

Yep. I think that the blue will 'go' with the white - but it will look like two different worlds colliding.
Like.
Rally meets...dunno...rally meets...not rally?

I think you should just get them painted OE silver before you get the tyres fitted, saves you the hassle later on. If you like the white, go for it, if your going for a different rally vibed look. Good luck

Jack the car up on one side and mount two of them without tires, you’ll soon know if you love it or hate it… won’t take long

Lovely wheels, just not in white, I’d be tempted to go with the BMW ferric grey colour against DSB, was a lovely combination on my 435xd

I would get them done in OEM silver - wheel specialist is £60 to £70 a corner and if you buy tyres from black circle they get fitted free at the wheel specialist.

I don't think I could drive a DSB with white wheels in all honesty

So the burning question - why are they white? Damaged & repaired with a cheap respray job done?

I always worry about this rubbish :(

😁 I definitely get that. It'd never be a keeper colour - it's the OEM silver which I love and hankered after.

Probably the best car / wheel / wheel colour combo that I can think of.

I test drove a red 2012 with the 326m wheels and despite not normally being a fan of red cars I was really taken with it.

I've bought them retail (not picked them up yet) and I specifically asked if they had welds or cracks and they've said no so I'm confident they're good and that someone just fancied white wheels.

I had pretty much that colour on my TTS (which was sprint blue) - I liked it on those wheels but they'll defo be going OEM silver on the zed eventually - maybe straight away. Dunno 😁

Use wheel specialist they were pretty good - they have a silver that is pretty close to BMW OEM silver and I used that, looked good on mine.
