Got crash this morning

. Had a day off, went to mechanic to replace engine oils, on the way to garage lady crash in to me, was driving on the main road and start turning into side road to the right, and she crashed in my back wing, then she said i pull over to main road and give me insurance details, and she suddenly drive of, i follow her for about 4 miles same time was speaking with police and she turn in to close the i block the road got all details of her plus i hire independent solicitors to work with claim. Horrible waist off day , some people cant drive

I would definitely be using the DVLA/askmid site to check she was insured/taxed/MOT'd. sounds like she has something to hide.

Sounds like a pretty cr#p day. Did you manage to get a picture of the damage on her car. Some people turn out to be lying scum bags in situations like this and others come to their scenes after the initial panic Hope she comes to her senses and fesses up to what happened.

I spoke with my insurance they told that she got insurance , but the van is hired , thats why i stop my insurance claim and hired independent solicitors straight away

I i tok pictures of her car and already emailed to my solicitors

And fill up the for to the police that she was runing away , got reference number from them

Sorry to hear about the crash.Luckily you are unhurt and the car will be fixed but get a web cam. Got one for Xmas and my comments have an "18" certificate during playback. Suggest you get one of these accident management companies to sort our your claim. They only charge a small fee and chase the other insurance company for you rather than you spending money on a solicitor. On older cars they can write off a car due to the cost of repairs.
