GoPro Mounting......

Any tips on mounting a GoPro?

Ideally inside the cabin. I was thinking of fabricating something to attach where the rear Centre Speaker would go in between both seats

Be careful when you pull that panel off. The clips at the top are fragile.
I mounted a standard camera threaded bolt at the top of this panel and it works a treat with my Ixus camera.
Would be brill with GoPro having used them for cockpit shots in aircraft.

Have used a Go pro in my Z
I think if you mounted on the area above the rear glove box it may have too much cabin in the field of vision.
I have mounted on a pole between the head rests but again you get a great view of the rear view mirror. Try making a suction mount on the windscreen that faces the bonnet (I now have that arrangement) or use a mount system facing forwards from the rear view mirror as Quadracer says.

Sample of the pole between head rests some 20cm in from of plastic centre console below. :)

Is there a suction mounting arm so you can stick on the windows a bit like a sat nav holder.

I guss advantage would be you can move it arround including on the outside to get a variety of shots and views.
