Goodwood Sunday Service Picks

Good Morning All,

So I thought I’d post a few pictures of the Goodwood Sunday Service up.

It started off with a forum meet at Midhurst at 8:30am on Sunday morning. Far too early and very cold but it was of the nicest drives I’ve had in a while. The scenery in these parts of the world is lovely and with the crisp, cold morning the roads were near enough empty. Ed Doe, RickRob, apw67 and I all met at Midhurst and had a quick chat before heading for breakfast at Goodwood. I didn’t get any pictures at this point as we wanted to get going.

We arrived a bit later than we should have and unfortunately didn’t get spaces in the main car park. An E89 decided to join us too;

It was nice to meet you all chaps, it was a good day out and I would be up doing this again sometime soon. This last pic was taken at the end of the day by apw67 but unfortunately RickRob had already gone by this time.

There certainly was a lot of lovely metal on display. Still trying to work out what that hole on the 350z was for? Think it might be a "speed hole".

Plus we all know who's in the ambulance (pic 13)...... I hope he's ok and your friend enjoyed the drive back in the scirocco VR6

Yeah that's him, he made several excuses as to why he hadn't cleaned it

It is indeed me Wyldie and I didn't have time to clean the car at all hopefully Andy will be helping me give it a proper detail over the Christmas period!

Ron (robs brother) is doing fine now. Signed off work for a week having had his dislocated shoulder put back in the right hole. Talking of holes, I think the 350z hole was for putting money into? Or maybe coal?

Glad to hear he's ok. Re 350z maybe he really loved his car and it was for putting something else into? :wink:

I agree, the owner did look like he had been an extra from Deliverance. (He had such a purdy mouth!)
