Goodwood Breakfast Club - Soft-Top Sunday

Nice morning out, some stunning cars and it was nice to meet JuniorJet, Disca and others - always useful to be able to put faces to names 8)

Hope you all got home safely

Took a load of pictures and had a nice morning. Deliberately took pictures of every Z4 I could lay my eyes on. Sadly, the stewards seem to of mucked up, and I didn't complain. I had my pass to park in the paddocks, was waved in about 8:10 after sitting in all the traffic, sent out the back and beyond outside of the track itself. Obviously the 6 hours I spent cleaning and fettling yesterday didn't match up to Goodwood's standards. :-( I did hang around a few Zed's but only met The Mustard Kid in convoy this morning. Ill pop the pics up, as the only zed I guessed may of been someone's was the red alpine with PEZ in the number plate. However, HN08LZC, I love your interior / exterior colour combo. What colour is the paint? It's lovely.

M-seats are still not as comfy as my bed at this unholy hour... But I suppose they'll have to do...

Wish Goodwood would supply some sofas in the breakfast area so you can take a power nap!

P.S; I assume as Jamie w is no longer going, nobody else is tagging on at Petworth so we won't be stopping on the way through, however we will probs pass there around 7ish so look for a couple of nice cars and tag on the end!

I was at Petworth (outside the antiques shop) from 6.55 to about 7.15 when jicholasnackson turned up and I followed him down to Homebase, where the only arrival was wegras. Nice to have met you guys and sorry that I missed everyone else, although I'm pretty sure I saw most of your cars - maybe next time. Excellent morning and plenty to see.

Marius

should have come in with the Homebase Team we were placed in a line on the short piece between the track and the Paddock just Down from the big Goodwood food trailers.....
prime spot :) possibly helped by being in convoy

I did chuckle to myself that amidst all the convertibles, there was either a 3/5 car gap with a dirty 2002 megane cabriolet with nothin either side of it.

Yes that was #320 in a paddock stall, hiding from seagulls...

Sorry I didn't make it today was looking forward to meeting you. But I had a small mechanical issue my drivers side calliper lower bolt fell out. Leaving me with no brakes!!! I did get to Goodwood about one but everyone was gone. Hope you all had fun.

I didn't take pics this time, sorry!

Gents, nice to see/meet all of you. I'm sure I'll see you all again very soon!

Didn't take many as it was difficult to get clean shots due to the number of people milling about

See #69 is still the only Alpina Roadster - no 'S' :)
Nice pics, Perry. Some lovely motors there

Aww, thanks!

How on earth did it lose a PDC sensor?!? Maybe contact Dick Lovett who replaced them as if it's one they did (75% chance) maybe they'll replace it.

A mate had all of his stolen from his 7 series though, I wonder if it was a thief that nicked one :?

Just a few more shots to give a more general feel of the event, for those who've not been before - plus a couple of Zeds to keep you interested.
