Goodwood Breakfast Club - October 7th - Soft Top Sunday

Sheez, 6am on a Sunday morning... what the hell am doing awake & going out the door NOW!!!

... well if I wasn't a petrol head that's what I'd be thinking, safe jnys all

Saw lots of Zed's, some with stickers but with I reckon 600+ cars it was heaving. Stayed a couple of hours and left at 10. Stuff was still streaming in even then, think the unrestored Model T was my favourite!!

WTF!!

The paint on that TVR was way over the top.

It was a good turnout, think we had 14 cars at the meeting point. Got split up once in Goodwood but spent a nice morning with Jem and a couple of new faces.

I'll post up my pics later as I must wash my other car now.

Good to meet a few new faces, leaving Northampton at 5.30am was challenging and very foggy!! Some great cars at the meet and an impressive turnout. Am knackered now. :D

Here are a few of mine

I'm still in shock how some people came in MGF's, 207 Pug CC's etc.....snobby I know, but just my opinion

You don't have to drive a top class sports car to love cars stark... and it was free, right

Yup point taken....I shall refrain from being such a snob, my apologies

Can only imagine the ferraris and Astons were saying that about bmw's as well!!

What a fab day... good to see a few more new friendly faces and a very worthwhile drive where my GPS found some spanking roads after coming across from the M23.

Here's a few picks, let me know if you want your plate removed...

It started like this with my Zed talking to me that it was 3 degrees!!! Photo doesn't do the sunrise & mist of this early morning justice, was beautiful.

CAN U SPOT THE ZED IN THE SKY???

Thanks to all the Zed peeps there, events like this always remind me that without people like you & me, all this history, including the winner posted earlier of shed if the day, none of us could poke fun or marvel at any of this...

Safe drivin
