Goodbye 2.5 today - Search starts for 3.0si or M tomorrow!!

I feel a bit sad as I type this post, I have no car.........but more important I have no Zed!!

I bought my 2005 (05) 2.5i SE in January 2009 for £10,000........SOLD IT TODAY for £10,000

16.5 months of great fun, and all she cost me was a Brake Fluid Service from an Indie, for £30!! (plus the petrol enjoying my time with her!!)

BUT..Dont worry....The search starts tomorrow for a 3.0si or an M..........I wont be gone for long!!

That sounds like a VERY good sale price you got - I suppose it shows the effect of buying in winter and selling in summer . Has cheered me up as - although I have zero intention of selling - I bought my 54-plate 3.0i a month both you for only slightly more that you, so gives me an idea what mine is worth...

I find it really weird with the 3.0si Roadster and Z4MR prices...

You can get Z4M roadster's.. for 18-22k without much of a problem..but 3.0si's are 16-19k ... For me it would be pointless to buy a 3.0si? Not exaxtly like petrol and insurance is alot cheaper? You getting alot more performance and visual ummph with a Z4MR

I bought the 3.0si over the M because they are much cheaper to service and nearly as quick. Also less to go wrong with em. Glad I did, coz my car is lovely. IMHO
