Good MPG from Z4C

I went for a run this morning on mostly 'B' roads and managed to achieve 22.2 MPG. Really pleased. Will aim for 21 MPG next time. :wink: Don't look at that, look at the MPG!

I look at the MPG only when cruising on the motorway. When back on the B-roads, it comes down from 34 to just below 30 averaged

Great work! My old 3.0i roadster sure seemed a whole lot more efficient than my current 3.0Si, despite what people have said about the N52 being more efficient... thing is, it's so much more lively at the top end of the rev range than the M54 so I guess that's where the problem is

If I remember right, when we done the NC500 this summer my 2.5 got 31mpg.
I was very surprised.

I am 70 and like to go as close to 6000 RPM in my wee sports car before changing up. Unless I am in traffic of course. I drive my Volvo SUV differently.

The trouble with the N52 is the top end noise is so addictive. Mid to late twenties is my average.
