Ooo, although you should reap the benefits very quickly, good luck with the recovery :)

Thanks Mr Firebobby,
Hopefully under week, then wait for 4 weeks for eye test and another pair of specs!
Being a wimp I wouldn't go through with it unless under general anesthetic, they finally agreed.

What a wonderful day :)

Maybe from a warm office :( i'm part way through doing a new roof on a church so cold days may look nice for spectators but cold damp & frosty starts aren't great for my old bones

Hope you have your thermals on Mr W :poke:
Has some scumbag stolen the lead ? Bet you have a nice view from the church roof :)

It was a good morning till about 11am then it started snowing. That horrible wet snow so like the zed, staying indoors.

Heading up to Hexham tomorrow so hopefully the snow will have melted up there or there could be problems.

A belated 'good morning' Marlon. . . .

Absolutely throwing it down here in Newcastle - been waiting for a warmer (just slightly please to avoid the salt lorries) day to get the M out and on the road. At least the rain will wash away any salt used lately. Quite frustrating having decided to keep it taxed and not sorned through the darker season - haven't had a breakfast at Hexham for about 3 weeks!! :D

Hey ho - it'll 'brighten up' one of these days - Hmm, if this carries on I may have to get the trickle charger on the case just to stay on the safe side

What a wonderful morning and day - 30+ degree heat in the beautiful island of St Lucia and I’m only a few days into my 2 week break. Happy days, especially seen how cold it is in the UK! 8)

Mixed memories of St Lucia. Beautiful island but got married there many moons ago :!:

Wentworth Cafe for a full English I presume?

Also a good van that serves an excellent full English in a half stotty just over the bridge as you go in from the A69 which is worth a try.

Absolutely Nanu, best breakfast in the NE - great individual quality products and very well cooked.

Have previously used that van but not sure it's there anymore - there's a petrol station on that site now (useful to know off he A69)
