Hello,

I'm looking at either a e86 for around 8k or an auto e89. Both would be 2-2.5 engine size but obviously quite different budget wise.

Any thoughts on the below? Fair price?

If the 89 you linked stacks up on viewing then i would say a decent buy & certainly not high price .
It has a great colour combo + 19's & looks mighty fine

Looks to be one of the cheapest E89's around, really like that colour combination. Maybe highish mileage for a roadster, but wouldn't be put off by that. BMW straight six units are usually robust mile munchers, and have not heard of any problems with the 2.5 engine.
