2010, 110k miles - 90k by me in 8 years, 20+ stone chips on the bonnet, original wheels, only changes - hub caps on & 'Z4' off, Melbourne Red (not my favourite) & Ivory White, twin pipes - one on each side, silver mirror caps and ... a car that still attracts comments from passers-by.

So, today, 3 big lads in a big Audi: 'Good ...' et cetera.

Remarkable, really.
 
Had two E89s. Both were exceptional condition and very nice looking. Only ever had ONE comment; I heard a bloke say to his kids "now that's a nice car".

Since having a boring A4 estate for 4 months have heard six people say they love it. One of the blokes my wife works with absolutely loves it. :?
And the Focus (yes a Ford Focus) has had multiple admiring comments in two months (mainly cos it's a lovely colour combo).

It takes all sorts. :)
