I just put PS2's on my M and I am very happy!
Car seems to ride better and I don't notice any tramlining at all.
Were they conventionals or run flat PS2s ?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I got my first Z4 nine months ago and love it to bits - it is also a 2.0 but there is nothing "lowly" about that. The smaller engine makes for sweet handling and you just have to wring it by the neck which puts a smile on my face every time. Petrol economy can be really good too and I think you'll save a little bit on servicing costs, tyres, insurance etc over a 3.0

I have had enough of the runflats after 2,000 miles and despite the front tyres being virtually new, I changed the lot for Dunlop SP Sport 01 tyres at a cost of £414 fitted, balanced (Falkens were £300). I went for the Dunlpos because they are a quiet tyre and if I do get a puncture that can not be repaired, the tyre place is more likely to have a Dunlpo in stock than a Falken - my theory anyway.

The ride is much improved i.e. "normal" without the jarring over bumps. Tramlining is still there a bit but better than before. Hope you start to enjoy your Zed a bit more after changing the tyres :driving:
