Stumbled across this on autotrader, just 14,000 miles from new on an 03 plate!

Could be a good but for anyone looking if genuine..

engine bay looks horrible, not what i would expect on 14k miles car

Lol I have no idea it's just the rocker cover, looks a bit dusty possible if its been day in a garage for ages.

I most definately be going to view it if I hadn't just bought mine
 
Sounds weird, but I have a problem with people who can't spell properly in a car ad...
 
Wouldn't be too surprised if it's had a replacement engine, with only 14,000 miles in this car. Plenty of ads about where people have forgotten to mention little things like that.

Low miles is good, but if it's only been used now-and-again I think I'd rather have one that's done twice as many, but that's been used regularly...

That seems expensive to me for 03 plate. And that engine cover wear is just wrong. Flood damage maybe??

my old z4 had 70k miles on it and it looked brand new under the bonnet. something dodgy about this i think.
 
Well i couldnt resist a punt on this, as i had seen a similar add before. Went along the lines of owner out of the country lots, but no problem you can wire the money to them and then the car will be delivered to you, yeh and i fell out of the christmas tree! So, i emailed the seller, 3 times now! And still no reply, so, and im not saying its wrong, it just dont sound genuine to me!!
 
I had a thought... 14K miles may be on a refurb engine perhaps? I could see that cover degrading nicely like that if sat exposed to the elements...
