Gonna buy one...any final advice? ;)

Go for what you can aford to run not only now but in the future. AND bearing in mid that with all vehicle related costs increasing rapidly then if you intend a resale somewhere down the line then it may be difficult to sell.

I MADE UP MY MIND!!! The papers are all sorted out, the deposit is made, and I will get my baby in about 10 days :)

My new mistress is from 2008, 29.000 km, 2.0 & 150cp, white with black interior, single-owner...only downside is she has regular seats with leather and canvas in the middle...the wheels are 16", but i will be using them with winter tyres, as I truly believe she diserves a nice set of 18", and I will be looking for a set as soon as I get her :)

We got her checked out at the dealership, she has some minor issues - a small motor that has something to do with the Valvetronic (180 EUR), and the top gasket leaked a little and needed to be replaced (60 EUR)...but I agreed to the previous owner to split the expenses 50-50 :)

The price was very convenient, because the car was a lease, so I can pay the amount without VAT - 13.700 EUR !!!

Will post pics as soon as I get her! Thanx everyone for the help!

sounds like a plan.

I have no trouble frightening myself silly in the 2.0, like all other cars - it will go faster in a straight line than it can get round corners.

The car will be in my hands only at the end of next week...till then...i'm counting the minutes...damn...time really slows down in moments like these... :(

I hope it passes quickly for you! :)

Congrats! Great car that seems to be in excellent condition. I also have a white 2.0 roadster and very happy so far and pleasantly surprised by it's frugal nature!

Congratulations! She's a real Snow White. Finally someone with the steering wheel on the proper side.

The colour looks great on the Z4!...I was a little disappointed at first because I didn't want a white one, but seeing it in "real-life" made a huge difference ;) And yes, the wheel is on the proper side for me :))))

Nice! First thing has to be bigger wheels though...

I will be using these wheels with the winter tires...I'm gonna buy a nice set of "107"s for the summer tires

Cup holder retro fit required!!
Yeah...I know...Why were those thing optional, I cannot comprehend :))

I also have to get a Wind-Deflector ...the dealer says it costs almost 400 EUR ???!!! WTF??? It's a metal frame with a little net inside... :headbang:

Ahh...got it now. the spokes are nicer, and the ovals are oriented differently :)

You're right...the 202s look better :)
