Gone: Free to a good home - Set of 4 108s with tyres (collect from Maidstone)

Last bit of my old Z4 paraphernalia to go. A set of 4 108s which aren't damaged (as far as I can tell), but have a severe case of lacquer peel on both the rim and the star. Tyres are Bridgestone all round, rears need replacing as they're on the wear bars, and fronts are some rock-hard RE050As with maybe 4mm, but frankly I didn't like them much. I originally had intentions to do something with them, but now the Z4's gone they're just taking up space.

I don't want to send them anywhere as it'll be a pain sorting couriers, so they're free to whoever wants to collect them and a donation to the forum!
 
I'm on the A229 close to the centre.

As for its replacement, I've only got the dealer ones at the mo' but as below:

2000 E39 M5 which is hilariously entertaining, whilst being more comfortable and practical than the Z. Not to mention better built (rattles and squeaks got to me in the end)...
 
That's bloody lovely!

Any chance of picking them up tonight? I know it's cheeky but I don't have a car with a decent sized boot during the week :lol: fancy them for a DIY refurb project.
 
Tonight? Blimey that's earlier than I was expecting. If I'm honest I'm not really dressed for that at the moment (up at 6am tomorrow for work), but I am around on Tuesday, and I'm local on Thursday (though not available during the day), otherwise it'll be the weekend again.
 
:lol: no worries, it's only because I'm sitting around doing nothing and not in work until tomorrow afternoon. Scaramanga is welcome to pick them up during the week if he wants.

As said, an amazing offer by yourself and the forum will benefit as a result which is fantastic.

There's an awful lot more interest than I was expecting which does make it difficult to choose one person over the others.

Ideally, they'd go on Tuesday during the day - if I was being really picky on times - so first person to confirm collection on Tuesday gets them. If that's not do-able then I'll have to think again.
 
Nice e39 m5...a friend of a friend ,has previously bought and sold then re purchased the same e39 m5 three times in 6 years,despite having owned newer m5's.....they are great machines.
