If you could go back and change your colour/color combo, engine/motor size of your Z
what would you change it to or are you happy with the choice you made?

I will start.

I am very happy with my silver with black/light grey leather but would have loved the
Ruby black with red leather but none about for the money I had (and maybe an 3.2)

i like all the bits and pieces my car has.. the only drawback... i wish it had some type of ipod connectivity, bluetooth and a built-in satnav

Happy with it as it is to be honest! Probably would have had the CD multichanger. I have the one out of my MINI (the same unit) so I guess I should fit it when I have time!

My Z is exactly what i wanted 1 owner very low mileage Silver black leather on 108s plus the added bonus it had M.Sport seats just need to get some clear headlights :D

It is perfect, but I do wish it had twin front fender mounted Gatlin guns on the front and an oil slick and fog creator in the back. That would be sweet.

Both zeds I have had have been exactly wanted as I factory ordered both :D

 Yeah - right :poke:

I had a Sterling Grey 3.0 manual with black M seats and I would have preferred a Silver 3.0Si with auto and black M seats.

You just wished you had asked me before investing in that car :P

Correct, I do, might have saved a few quid

Whilst we're on the subject of colours, I had a sit in a Sepang Bronze Z4MC today and it looks so much better in the flesh than the pictures, I've rarely seen a good picture of it but the reality is much different. I then sat in a Light Sepang Bronze interior and I think that also looks fabulous http://www.sandalbmw.co.uk/usedbmw/view_model.html?dolnDealerID=12103&currentCh=WBSDU92080LF78073

And just for MonsterZ4, I also took a shine to a Phoenix Yellow roadster, again this is a colour that is far far better in reality than in the pics.

Nice segue for me - my first choice for an M Coupe was Sapphire Black with light Sepang, unfortunately the dealer sold the car the day before I tracked one down. I'm quite happy with the other spec the way it is.

Well I purchased second hand and was delighted with what I found however as months went by I saw things that I really wanted, so built it..

///M red seats, clear lights, 108's and all those other things you guys know I did. Now I would not change a thing on my car.

Interesting question. Hmm... If I had a time machine...

I love black cars and always have, and so love the Jet Black/Dream Red combo. BUT to do it over, I might opt for Sterling Grey, as it and Silver seem to best showcase the subtle curves, crisp edges and overall sharp forms of the Z4. I'd keep the red leather an pair it perhaps with piano black (still thinking about making the swap to PB on my current zed).

And although having "just" the seats is nice, I'd opt for the complete M// package in all its beastly road-mauling glory.

But I certainly have no real complaints or regrets! :)

a true fan of your own car- good call!

Only thing I wish I'd have bought extra for mine is the hifi upgrade.

But wouldn't spec it any different otherwise. Love SG and have always wanted red leather - and i love it.

Just think the CSL's finish it off.

My previous car was a 2.5 roadster I bought 9 months old - only thing missing on that I really wanted was heated seats, and wanted sterling too, but settled on sapphire black

same color combo and option groups I already have...but with sport seats and extended leather pkg...I think :?
