Glove box hinge repair

I know this is a common problem but I would like to know the the fix is please, my hinge appears to have broken/snapped, now it was like this when I got the car so I don’t have the but that’s snapped off to glue back together.

I fixed mine once, and then bought a 2nd hand one (the whole unit, not just the door) off ebay for about £45 (from AWSR dismantlers), and then swapped over the lock and light.

You might have to double check the part numbers and the number of the one in your's as I know there are different variants (for colour and finish)...and it's quite a simple job to remove/refit.

Not sure if you have the same issue as me? I've literally just posted about something similar. I've uploaded some photos, is this the same situation for you?

Edit: Maybe not, you refer to hinge so might be a different problem
