Just wondering who’s watching or, more exciting, actually at Worthy Farm this year? Certainly great weather for the world’s greatest music, culture and peace festival. Fancy sharing here what act(s) you’ve been enjoying? Or an anecdote from a previous year? Love to read them…

If I watched it I wouldn't have a clue who was appearing. When I watched it last year I thought is this the best musical talent these days

Funny I saw post on Instagram of Paul McCartney backstage at a Taylor Swift concert and found the comments hilarious about how he'd lowered himself

Afraid I'm stuck in the 60s, best decade for everything including music 🎶

Tim.

Loved seeing LCD Soundsystem again. They were fabulous! Bit disappointed with Beth Ditto (Gossip) to much talking through the drugs, but when she sang it was great.

Agree LCD were really good; crowd loved it too. We enjoyed Dua Lipa’s set. And Anne-Marie. Coldplay last night were expectedly epic (seen them a couple of times live so had high expectations). Guilty pleasure for K-pop stars Seventeen. Need to catch up with Keane. Oh, and Shania Twain today 🤩

CBA with Glastonbury, but did go to Thetford Forest on Friday evening to see Tom Jones, supported by Gabrielle. Both were excellent and having listened back to original recordings, I think Gabrielle's voice is much better than it used to be. One of those singers where you can't remember what she sang, then go '"Oh yeah, I forgot she did this one".

My wife went there last week to see Brian Adams. She said it was great apart from the rip-off food and drink prices (but she always takes her 'hand sanitizer Vodka' with her cos she's a cheap skate). :)

[cough cough] Suffolk is fine for a spot of Adnams, and Tate & Lyle, otherwise back to the Pyramid stage please 🙄😉

Shania Twain didn’t impress me much 😔

She struggled badly with major illness that ruined her voice.

I've been disappointed so far. The line up isn't to my taste, but the performances have been dull.

James, Soft Play and The Last Dinner Party were good. Bloc Party were alright.

The National are on later tonight.

Thetford is in Norfolk. And Silver Spoon is the brand for sugar from Bury St. Edmunds, not Tate and Lyle.

Otherwise completely correct! :)

Have never done Glastonbury, music is a bit hit and miss for me each year, I like to have a good idea of at least genre.

I was at download again this year, used to be monsters of rock at Donnington circuit for those not aware. Highlights for me were Machinehead, was not expecting that, royal blood, Billy talent, Sum41, and the amazing Elvana! Look them up if you want a good laugh, maybe after a couple of drinks

From the various bits I watched the sound engineers were having a poor day. Candi Lauper (bless her) was appalling :( LCD were good. Missed The Idles who reportedly told to the King to do one. One of them was dressed like a fanny so sort of switched off from them. Seen one band on one of the afternoons who had a really good atmosphere/ vibe but I can’t feckin remember who they were

What's a Glastonbury?
It's a one-horse little town in Somerset, with a very, very, very wealthy farmer living just down the road! :D

Soft Play had a big mosh pit.

The National were superb last night.

There was sound problems with a number of artists over the weekend.

Getting older a lot of the acts don't appeal to me. I had never heard of SZA before. A headliner at Glastonbury should never have such a small crowd. Smaller stages were dangerously overcrowded.
