Gimp style Wind deflector

Traded my 2007 Z4 in for a sensible family car (quashqai) recently but still have the wind deflector for sale.

Official BMW leather gimp style wind deflector, great condition.

so whats the advantages/disadvantages of this version over the type that fix to the hoops with brackets?

you don't need the brackets

I would guess it's easier to install/remove, but I haven't had the other type so wouldn't know

I have one of these. I am happy with it.

I have the same in my Roadie, though I do prefer the solid ones , I had one in my previous Z4 and I might be imagining it but I think it kept the wind down better.
