Getting video input on nav screen

I have nav radio but no TV module.
Is there an easy to add a composite (HDMI if possible) interface?
I had something like this: http://www.xcarlink.co.uk/product.php?productid=57&cat=0&page=1 in my E60, it connected to the back of the head unit and you could toggle the video input by the idrive knob.
I know that the E86 doesn't use idrive but is there a similar product out there?

IIRC you need the OEM tuner, analogue will do then you can add inputs.

Was hoping that wouldn't be the case.
Is that plug and play or are there any major modifications needed for it?
Anyone done a DIY for it on the forums?

Says for factory nav but no TV, exactly what I have.
The old analog TV modules are useless these days right?

If you can pick up a cheap tuner then the extra interface is only £35 quid. Worth hunting one out maybe.
