Getting used to driving a z4

Hi and welcome. the rear is that short you dont have to bother about getting close with the front, you will love the Zed :driving:

I have always wondered why the Zs don't have front parking sensors. I am really glad to hear about the tight turning circle. I will be parking mine in my flat's underground car park. It is very, very tight and 60% of residents have scratched their car coming out.

I think how quick you get used to it depends on how you drive it. Since you park it in a tight spot (like I do) you will have to get used to it quick, and you will. Just take a bit of paranoia to start with :)

Must admit I'm wondering why I have rear parking sensors and no front ones, only had the car 1 day but did park the front end in a bush at work yesterday  Seriously thinking about adding a front one.. Are there any discreet one available?

I'm also wondering how costl or hard it is to buy and install a front sensor. Does any of the Z's come with them or it has to be done by the owner?

The length is fine once you get used to it  Just take your time to start with and then it just becomes second nature.

Pure Flith haha.

You do realise we are talking about cars...?

I really like feeling like I'm sat over the rear wheels. I can't explain why I do.. I just do!

We like innuendos on this forum. Just read some of the gear knob threads
