178 miles.. its not far, but at a quoted 3.5 hours drive time, that's seven hours before I start actually DRIVING :'(

In fairness that is quite a bit further... and I was really starting to feel it by the time I got home

I must admit, the avg speed cameras were pretty damn effective at keeping to 70 mph early in the morning. In the evening, traffic kept me at 45mph

If you're doing an indicated 70mph then your real speed is closer to 66, so you've got a bit of room there anyway.

I normally set my CC at and indicated 80mph for those sections and haven't had a ticket yet.

Good point, I shouldn't of been worried!
At any rate, I was going off the sat-nav more than the car for my avg speed. In the morning I was at 69.6mph. On a side note, since I put on those PS2's the speedo has been spot on with the sat-nav.
