Well I've had it sorted out and it feels much better for it, really would recommend getting it done if you can.

Peter had the job done in around 20 mins flat, removed the valve, knocked the restrictor out with a proper tool and refitted it and rebled the clutch. Total cost of just £10, no parts required.

What I liked is that some clutch fluid had spilt onto the gearbox when the valve was removed and before he put the covers back on he sprayed the area with degreaser and cleaned it off. Attention to detail is everything It's so easy to sort and and is such an improvement why make life hard?
