Getting rid of scratches!

I have been meaning to sort out some of the surface scratches on my Z4. It's black so the white marks stand out quite a bit and I hate it!

What's the best product to cover these up permanently? Or would it be worth getting it detailed? Any idea on prices?

There are scratches on both back arches (where previous owner tried fitting in his small garage ) also, front bumper needs attention from stone chips, there is also swirling across quite a few panels
