Be careful with a pressure washer, it can get into chips and make them worse.

The above steps as to cleaning are spot on. a great polish to use is gtechniq p1, great to apply by either machine or hand. AG SRP is a great polish, but it will tend to mask as opposed to correct any scratches/swirls you may have due to the fillers it contains! happy cleaning!

Regarding the current swirls you need to mask them or remove them.... Then after its nice and swirl free adjust your wash method to stop inflicting marks in the first place.

When I use and wash the Z4 my wash routine is stupid, i have both wash mitts and drying towels just for the car as the Jet Black is hard to look after.

But.... it does look stunning and while i would prefer a slightly easier to maintain colour nothing beats non met black IMO.
