Getchiq C4 plastic trim restorer

Just applied this to my slightly faded scuttle panel as well as the plastic above the door and down the rubber into the hard plastic door trim. Also did my whippy ariel and it works brilliantly. Just cleaned everywhere first with glasses cleaner (alcohol wipes which aren't too wet) and then applied the C4.

Just need to see how long it lasts now. They say up to 2 years but would be happy with half that.

Makes me want to try their other products actually. Anyone try these?
 
Not that product - but their Perfect glass is great and my wifes Qashqai had a full gtechniq new car prep from AMDetails at Elgin and it looks great since its been done.
 
I want to get my car fully paint corrected so will give them a look. I think getting one of the Getchniq coatings after this is done makes sense.

AM details is worth you knowing about as his products dont incur highland and islands tax for delivery - one of the reasons he started selling his own stuff - his APC cleaner and wheel cleaner are great
 
I have been using C4 for a few years, if prepared properly it will last a year or so. Great stuff. But don't do what I did & spilt the bottle after just buying a new one !!!!!I :headbang:

I take it Declan is a recommended detailer?

Bought some wheel cleaner from AMD as well as a new mitt and some of their snow foam to see if any better than the stuff I use. Prices are good on their site.
