Yep pretty much. It's better if you clay the paintwork first. But that's a whole different discussion :lol:

I haven't clayed mine, but I always use a polish before using a wax - so Dodo Juice Lime Prime for me (though I will be getting some Poorboys next ), then Dodo Juice Purple Haze wax. Means the wax goes on a very clean surface. Claying it makes it even silkier

There are lots. Some are more abrasive than others. I use Meguiars clay kit, which is ok. There are better clays, but the benefit to your car vs increased cost is debatable

Achieved after a morning of Meguiar's detailing clay, Ultimate polish & Ultimate wax - well pleased with the results (just a shame it rained within an hour of finishing!)
