Normal practice for me is to buy the car I want ...... then when its home, start looking around forums to find out what goes wrong with them.
I owned a Range Rover once, did the same ........ nearly died, then spent 2 years becoming and expert on how to keep it running.

Was well pleased to see on here that its only really Springs that jump off the page, so went straight on line and ordered the Eibach items ..... no sense in waiting.

But then ............. :evil: and this could be pure heresy in the Z4 world ...... I found several sites in the Us touting Air suspernsion set ups ....... hmmmmmm.
Not much involved in the way of installation, small compressor and tank to hide but .................. the idea of getting up my driveway forwards without ripping
the front off the car sounds errrrrr well good. At the touch of a button up it goes ... :?

Seriously? Are you after some sort of pimped out low rider? (I actually quite like those, but not on a Z4!)

Personally, no. Sorry, by that I mean, NO!!!! Am sure it would spoil the handling and just ad weight and potential issues. I'd be looking any of the following: non-run flat tyres, coilovers, strut brace and maybe a set of H&R anti-rollbars, if I wanted to spend on the suspension.

As PrawnSacrifice...... don't do it - his suggestions are far better AND will make a difference :thumbsup:
 
hahahaha well it was just a discussion point ......

right now Ive already ordered the Eibachs ........ expecting to trash my credit card on those 320mm Brembo's ...... have looked at some Ksport coil overs .........
I was just wondering out loud. As it is, I have to go up my driveway backwards to avoid carnage ......... :P
